Lionel Messi has given Argentina a huge lead in the World Cup final from the penalty spot.
The South Americans have started the final better than the two teams with Messi already pulling the strings.
However, one of the best moments of the game came from winger Angel Di Maria, who dropped his shoulder and slid past Ousmane Dembele only to be brought down just inside the Les Bleus box.

The referee quickly flagged the point and VAR opted not to suggest an on-field review. Messi went up, who, of course, dispatched coldly.
